THE ASK

ESPN needed a fresh campaign to distinguish their Fantasy Football platform in a humorous way from their competitors in anticipation of the NFL season. Viewpoint was tasked to develop a creative approach that would stand out in a crowded marketplace, keeping broadcast and digital channels top of mind in both execution and output. 

THE SOLUTION

Creatively, Viewpoint zeroed in on two core ideas that grounded the creative: 1. ESPN Fantasy Football is much better and more fun than other “fantasies” and role-playing games out there. 2. Bad fantasy sports behavior; foolish mistakes and faux pas that the typical fantasy sports participant can relate to.

Viewpoint developed this project from beginning to end, including creative development, live action production, and editorial.
